Over the Park 10th February 2008

 

It was a sunny crisp Sunday morning, the perfect weather for going for a walk. Unfortunately Rachel was not well and so stayed in bed. Dominic wanted to learn how to skateboard and so very diligently carried his skateboard all the way to Writtle. At Writtle we joined the pathway that led to the park. Dominic was very unsteady at first and wobbled off quite a few times. With a bit of fatherly tuition he began to pick it up. It turned into rather a slow walk because of the skateboarding. We made him carry his board across the bridge when we came to the river. While walking we saw a very cheeky robin which didn't seem to mind us at all.
